Known especially for their hearty and flavorful teriyaki dishes alongside an array of mouthwatering burgers, this spot effortlessly marries comfort food with generous portions and a welcoming ambiance.
The menu at Peak Burger reads like a love letter to burger aficionados and breakfast lovers alike. For those wanting something a bit more classic, their Double Cheeseburger Combo is a satisfying indulgence that delivers juicy patties with melted cheese that’s simply irresistible.
Breakfast enthusiasts will find themselves spoiled with choices ranging from the fluffy and golden French Toast and legendary Pancakes to the savory and richly satisfying Ribeye Steak and Eggs. Not to be overlooked, their burritos and quesadillas offer comforting, melty options that burst with fresh ingredients, perfect for a midday pick-me-up.
But what truly sets Peak Burger apart is its attention to texture and flavor balance—the tender, well-seasoned patties contrast perfectly with the crunch of fresh lettuce and hot sauce that adds a zesty kick. Reviews flood with praise for the buttery-thick milkshakes, crafted with real ice cream that almost feels like dessert in a glass, providing the perfect sweet finish to every meal.
The dining atmosphere matches the quality of the food—clean, chill, and inviting, making it a comfortable spot whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or lingering over a casual lunch. The friendly staff, like the warmly mentioned Marisol, contribute to a welcoming vibe that feels more like dining at a favorite friend’s place than your usual fast-food joint.
While the location near the train tracks occasionally makes the drive-thru experience a bit challenging, it’s a minor quibble in an otherwise well-loved neighborhood gem. The spacious parking lot and well-kept interior reflect the care Peak Burger puts into ensuring every visit is a pleasant one.
Whether you're in need of a quick but satisfying burger, a generous teriyaki plate, or those nostalgic comfort dishes like the Philly Cheesesteak or Tuna Melt, Peak Burger delivers with consistency and heart. It’s no wonder customers keep returning, heralding it as a new favorite spot where flavors are bold, portions are generous, and the hospitality feels sincere.
Peak burger has been on a tear as of late. They are known for their teriyaki meal, but the more I come I am able to discover Easter eggs on their menu. I recently tried their taco salad and the portion of avocados they give you is abundant. While it’s not cheap, I’m a big fan of their milkshakes. They use real ice cream and it’s buttery thick. The ambiance is really chill and clean. The menu is vast and great for any family. Their steak and eggs for $16.99 is an incredible deal. Their small fries is larger than the large size of all chain restaurant. Don’t really know what to say than highly recommend. Pop in and give them a try. You won’t be disappointed. They do take out, dine in, and drive thru. This place is hard to beat in terms of variety and price.
Came here for lunch and tried a chicken wrap. It was excellent, food is great, Marisol is cool and everybody else too. It's easy to miss but worth looking out for. I highly recommend it.
I had the chicken salad, which was a generous portion and delicious but I wish they had balsamic or vinaigrette dressing. My friend had a burger that he said was really good. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. I'd really recommend a visit
Since this place is right next to the train tracks, it’s very challenging to hear the person taking your order when in the drive thru. They got my order mostly right but ended up charging me for an order of fried mushrooms that I didn’t order. The overall taste of the food was good but the burgers were messy so make sure you get plenty of napkins. The fried mushrooms are super greasy and by the time I got home, the bag was saturated in oil. Overall everyone enjoyed what they ordered as well as the mushrooms.
Went 3 times over 2 weekends already. Teriyaki and burgers are awesome! The serving size is generous too. Much better and cannot even compare it to other fast foods. Parking lot was big and place was clean. My new fav spot!
Outdoor seating, dog friendly! Came with family before our show at La Mirada Theatre, Peak Burger was definitely worth the stop. It was very clean inside and felt very family friendly, with ample seats and a fairly big size dining room. You order at the counter and one of the team members will come over and set you up with the needed utensils! Ordered the chicken teriyaki with a salad, grilled sourdough burger and chicken salad. All dishes were seasoned to perfection and the portions more than expected. We ended up taking most to go!
I wish I could give this 5 stars. The food is amazing, the staff is great but the drive through intercom sucks. I have been here 3 times and they haven’t gotten my order correct once because the intercoms is so dated and has such bad clarity. I wish the owner would take some pride in the establishment and make some updates to this incredible establishment.
Peak Burger ticked all the check boxes of a great diner- Great food, good portions and reasonable prices. One of the best diner experiences in a long time. It is my husband's goto place for lunch on a week day. Everything that we ordered was freshly made and tasted great. Grilled Chicken salad, chicken strip, the chili cheese fries and the zucchini fries...all excellent. Glad we accompanied my husband and go to experience this gem of a place.
